Resource Guide for Parents of Children 0-3 Who Are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing

In 2013, the California Department of Education (CDE) published the Resource Guide for Parents of Infants and Toddlers Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. This resource, written by parents for parents, contains evidence-based information to help parents make informed decisions about their child’s education.
