Your Educational Resource Center

Since its debut in 2012, the Early Start Neighborhood has been known as the virtual community for Early Start professionals and partners seeking reliable, timely resources on early intervention Part C requirements, implementation, and evidence-based practices. Regular blog posts have shared vetted, relevant articles and websites with Early Start teams throughout California. This library archives those collected resources. Resources are organized into three major categories of Early Start service types.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently working to transfer resources from the original Neighborhood site (at to their new home. You may encounter “Nothing Found” error messages in topic areas awaiting resources.
