This report, issued in August 2024 by the National Institute for Early Education Research, provides information to assist state leaders and advocates to use data to support advocacy for more inclusive policies for young children in early care and education settings. The report encourages states to create a culture of inclusion to ensure all young children, especially those with disabilities, have access to the programs and services that best support their development. California’s own Impact Inclusion Workgroup is highlighted.
