Engaging in Informed Clinical Reasoning (English & Spanish)

Based on DEC’s Recommended Practices. This resource focuses on “Gathering Multiple Sources of Information for Assessment” and includes a quick case study of 20-month-old Jahwan as well as strategies to determine if the practice is working. The checklist covers the same information in an easy-go-use format for self-assessment to ensure that you are following the recommended practices the majority of the time. Give it a try!
