This list may be sorted by title, author, year of publication, age range, and topic. Hover over the appropriate column heading to make a small down arrow appear. Click on the arrow, then click on “sort rows.” Another menu will pop up, and you will be able to sort by column heading.

 

To print this list, follow these steps:

1. Click the “Show Toolbar” button in the lower left-hand corner of the Smartsheet window.

3. In the “Print Setup” dialog box, under “Scaling”, select the “Fit to Width” option, and then click “OK”.

4. A PDF of the spreadsheet will be populated, which you can then print.
