If reflective practice is new to you, this checklist from Zero to Three is an excellent place to start your exploration of the topic. “Reflective practice is (defined as) the process by which professionals become aware of their implicit knowledge base and learn from their experience.” The checklist offers sets of tips ranging from the “why” behind your interest in the topic, where to begin, and some useful exercises to improve your reflective skills. There’s also a link at the bottom which directs you to the “Reflective Practice” section of Zero to Three, which expands on the checklist’s content.
